Hi Jacob. This is so very well written. I really enjoyed reading it although the subject matter is dire to say the least. Mary is dangerous and should be avoided at all costs, however difficult that might be. Ulla:)))

It seems as if Mary has really done a number on Callum. He can't even make a comment as Mary threatens Danielle. It does not look as if there will be a good ending to this because Mary sees Oliver as her son's replacement.

So the truth is out, and Mary is the one that did the killing. I don't how she convinced Harvey to go to prison for her unless she hypnotized him and made him believe that he actually did it. I'm hoping she and Callum can figure out a way to outsmart her but Callum does act as if he knows what is going on. I pretty sure Oliver doesn't know. He's the one who ought to be the one to do away with her. Great writing.

So the evil Mary was behind it all along and she thinks she can leave Danielle and Callum stewing over it in the darkness. I don't think so. Danielle's far too canny for that. Can't really speak for Callum who's a bit of a passenger although he may come into his own. I wonder if Oliver's been protecting Danielle from Mary all this time by accommodating her in the annexe. And given that he's Danielle's father, he may well want what's best for her, to return home to her adoptive parents. But a great read, Jacob, keeping the tension up, as well as the reader's curiosity, Well done and warm wishes for the New Year, Debbie
