i do recall the barbara mandrell version. yours is pretty good as well.

Nice job writing your own words to the song. I laughed like hell when I first saw my third husband washing his own dirty dishes. I had come back to the house for some of my stuff, and there he was, standing at the sink, hands deep in suds. I had NEVER seen him do that! I reckon his sMother (as in smothermother) did his cooking for him!
