I am Frustration

The frustration you describe is worse than what I could have imagined :
I am a rumination of nothingness
Leaving you no ability to feel joy or pain
Just confusion marching along
Ouch, how hard can It be to dealt with such a problem when it is both the source and the effect.
On a insight, I would have liked an ending with a way to counter it, a small dose of hope never hurts.

That is exactly how frustration starts, from a small seed of self doubt then it builds into something awful. Your did a great job of writing this poem and describing frustration.

That is so true because that is how confusion start and works. Yes these are the characteristics of confusion and frustration.
'Leaving you no ability to feel joy or pain
Just confusion marching along
Unable to focus on the present'
Let guard our heart from this destroying demon; frustration

Your beginning phrase set the tone for a great poem:
"I am frustration
Grown from a small seed of doubt
Good flow and great content.

Debbie: excellent overall presentation in terms of your personification of Frustration, and your selection of art/font/colors. Your poetry is at its height in this very insightful poem. Quite thought provoking. Blessings, Hector

Hi, Deb. What a great write this is. I don't know why exactly, but I love the artwoek too. Might I suggest one thing:
" build to a thought which takes over your mind" (since you have everything else in reference to yourself...shouldn't The "your" in this phrase be "me"?
If not, don't mind me. LOL...Take care. Bob

Hello there Debbie
This is a very poignant poem and causes the reader to reflect on so many levels. My thoughts get me in trouble for the same reasons. Very well crafted

Unfortunately frustration is part of all our lives, some more than others. Being trapped into a situation not of our choosing can sure up the odds of it becoming a problems. God is so gracious as to gift us with gifts, like writing, to use to chase it away. Good piece with much truth. God loves you and I do too.

This is a great write and presentation. Personification of frustration!!! I never thought of doing that. Now, I can't because you have already written the best one. I'll just have to find something else to write about. I really enjoyed the read and thank you for sharing. Your friend, Bob
