For the last three months, my life has been saved by an angel. Some day, I might write about it. This is very well written with a smooth flow of words, making for a very good read.

Hi Luna
this is a lovely poem, well presented with beautiful artwork. I love the song by Eric Clapman. Sorry about your son it is very tough to lose anyone but a child must be the worst.
I hope you are in good health and getting a quality to your day.

Yes, thank you. I'm happy that you enjoyed this one. I love Clapton's song about this subject, I can't listen to it without melting into a pile of tears.

Excellent artwork that complements your poem perfectly. I enjoyed the form, and you used it well. The last two sentences combine the poem like a conclusion.

I was thinking about where Apostle Paul said he knew a man who was caught up into the third heaves. Sorry to hear about your son. I lost my son in September last year, my wife in May. Tough call for us both.

Like you, I also like that song of Eric Clapton's, I don't think I could ever recover from the loss of a child/grandchild, it would be horrific. Yes, my dear sister, when very young gave up one for adoption, and lost a dear little boy at 18 months. Beautifully written work, with marvellous imagery and wonderful, decriptive language, well done, blessings, Roy

Well done, Luna. Your words always weave magic and much thought. You have managed to succeed at that again. Very very nice.

Such a sad poem, and another style I've not seen before. I do believe butterflies are the souls of our loved ones come to comfort us. It's so strange that you wrote this before you dear son passed, prophetic? Yes, again, I think you have insight. Excellent poem, and lovely picture too. :) Sandra. xx

My parents visit me in the form of two doves every year. I am glad your son visits you in the form of a butterfly. Excellent use of words, "an angel in her ear" is a marvelous line, I like the image it creates.
