Hi, Trisha;
I feel horrible that you are going through this. I've heard these horror stories before, but never directly from the person going through it.
You did a great job of organizing this piece, and you told the tale without hyperbole and whining. You stated the facts and included the medical jargon in a way that made the reader understand what was going on with the procedures and recovery.
You are in my prayers, dear.

Thanks so much for your compassionate review. I don?t want a ?whine and cheez? party. The information needs to be spread. After two years of wound care, the doctor agreed when I said ? so it?s the biofilm that?s the really problem here.? So it?s important to get some knowledge by research. Wine and cheese after, not whine and cheez now LOL. Bacteria are mutating in scary ways. This is in part because of antibiotic over prescription , without attacking the biofilm issue.
Big hugs
, Trisha

I think this is a good entry for the Share Your Story writing prompt.
Your short story is well written but thd story is shoking and rather tragic.
Well done and good luck to you with the competition and a complete recovery.

I am so sorry to hear this. I have heard of MRSA and know how hard it is to cure. We have over medicated ourselves when we really didn't need the meds and the result is more resistant bacteria. I am so hoping things will go well for you and you'll be on the med and much better soon. Please do let us know. I will be praying for you.

I am so sorry hear about this, and your story is disturbing and the things that can go wrong with what seems to be something initially simple. I sincerely hope you will be back to good health soon. There should be some instructions at your gym to prevent this happening to someone else. Love Dolly x

This is a harrowing tale indeed. Our bodies are so complex and at risk from so much.
"Don't move", the voice said - maybe the punctuation should be inside the speech marks here.
This time it was a lavage (cleansing inside the wound) - need end punctuation here.
Then, I found out the the bacteria - delete the repetition here.
All the best

I am always amazed at the tenacity of bacteria and viruses - these tiny little beings are smatter than our medical science. I remember this year a flu grazed across Europe and nobody had any vaccines because the virus had mutated with each vaccine until they had become completely resistant. The vaccine only helped the virus to thrive and mutate all the more.
allowing colonies to form and communicate(delete-.) with each other.
or dying from sepsis as the bacteria overwhelm me, and(till?) I die.

A harrowing tale detailing the way in which medical blunders have accentuated the tragedy of a serious fall and broken bone. Difficult decisions ahead, but I hope that a resolution can be found to ameliorate the problem.

This is a very interesting story and it seems that it was very painful for the person involved in these incidents. The story is filled with lots of emotions and filled with imagery. The picture selection is good as well.
