This is my favorite rose. I'm glad you make a degree
that we will have thornless roses forever. Sometimes,
its the thorn (like Paul) that reminds us how blessed
we are. So blessings back at you with extra stars.

This is a wonderful commentary of the beauty of nature. Thirteen syllables aren't a lot when you're trying to express something so vast, but you managed it :-)
I also really like the picture (GIF?) you chose to go with it. A rose opening from a bud is one of nature's best prettiest action films.

A rose is a rose by any other name. And, as beautiful as they are, they're kinda like women.
They smell good, look great and their petals are silky smooth to the touch.
But, oh, they have thorns, my friend, thorns that prick and make you bleed if handled haphazardly.
Every rose has it's thorn.
