Are these just the greatest little creatures? They do seem to pose for you and sit up so straight. I saw one like this in a wildlife park but he must have been exhausted as suddenly he just keeled over. Thanks for an enjoyable poem.

A very well-written 5-7-5 about the witty meerkat that is always ready to pose for a photo if you are ready with your camera or not. When you go to a place where they might be, keep your camera ready all the time.

An endearing Lion King character selection. I fear it affects originality. The message was cute, even funny but lacked a depiction of the meerkat being witty which was a core requirement. Good syllable counts.

Not often does a 'meerkat' get into a poem, but you sneaked him as Marty.
They do do their desert tricks. Apparently, the photographer captured them in a pose for your post. LOL
