This lune poem, Love and Hate, has the right set up and suggests that the stem reactions to love and hate are similar. WE need to get those straight.

I know that hear beat fluttering when my partner says something cutting, the anger builds and you feel resentment, I try and let it pass rather than say something because I hate arguments, but sometimes you have to stick up for yourself! A poignant write, love Dolly x

An interesting observation here on the two very different things that can increase our heartrate. There is sometimes a thin line between love and anger. Perhaps we expect too much.
