Deepwater, as a dog lover(mine was a golden retriever), I appreciate your well written and interesting poem/prose. Being able to trust a friends matters more than anything else in this world, and I agree, they are very hard to find.

i am a dog lover too big time so i appreciate the love you demonstrate. love is always a good thing, isn't it? the form is kind of cold maybe masculine but it takes away from the message a bit.

I get the message of this piece, and it is very punchy. We can only succeed or fail to the level that our friends and associates allow us to. The importance of a good friend is beyond doubt. kudos

I had a few dogs in my life, I am convinced that one in the entire world can love us more than a dog,completly unconditionaly. So I love your words and wisdom.
Our glory still awaits for you, One honor that is fair, Ah, here's a phrase that stands for much; a friend who stands there, It means that men have confidence eep at night Untroubled you may rest.
