I really liked this piece, reminding us of the true meaning of Christmas. Unfortunately in today's world, that is often forgotten with people more concerned about the material things. A well written piece.

Isn't it wonderful that at this time of year, folks turn back to their faiths? There are those of us who are ready to tell about our love of Christ every day - as you are an example. But it warms my heart to see the whole world turn toward the spiritual, at least for a while again.
My favorite line in this poem was about the Jester - that's a new phrase for me but it's PERFECT. Thanks for the smile!

Isn't it wonderful that at this time of year, folks turn back to their faiths? There are those of us who are ready to tell about our love of Christ every day - as you are an example. But it warms my heart to see the whole world turn toward the spiritual, at least for a while again.

This is a lovely poem. Your rhyming is very good. The lines and cadence run smoothly. With these conveniences, the reader can read this in a meditative way. It is like a prayer. Very nice.

Your Poem explores the narrative all away from the Nativity through the Gospels. I'm not familiar with a duotrain, but I checked it out and you met the writing style of the form.
It's excellent the way you managed to include an invitation in the last stanza.
