In my opinion, a fun write with just a couple of uneven rhyming spots, bearing in mind children's delight in sing song rhyme - compliant with the prompt. Best wishes in the contest...

This is a very cute poem you have penned . You used very cute words that made me giggle as I read it. It sounded like a good time when folks were enjoying life and dancing to the fun songs. Best wishes in the contest. Teri

This was great fun to read - something between a tongue twister and a wordy version of those nutty animations Terry Gilliam used to produce for Monty Python. I very much enjoyed :-)

It's a great poem. It for sure fits the children poem prompt. Kids would enjoy saying or reading the repeated "Who put the Wacky Doodle in the Wacky Doo" in various ways throughout the poem. I think most would find it funny. Clever ending too. Great job and good luck in the contest.

Stuart,
Crazy but clever and fun. Just what we need in today's crazy, Wacky Doo kind of world. Too many Silly Billys and lots of hoity toity folk, so no wonder we're all round the bend wondering when the Wacky Doo will end.
Thanks for the giggle.

Just wondering if this is a typo? "So tickle up your noddle" /noodle?

This is one of my favorite types of poetry... whimsical, silly, clever, jolly! Thank you for the Wacky Doo! I'm book-casing it to read again when I need a smile. It's just right for this inner child! Thanks!

I liked the line "throwed it all together" - just sounds like something a child would say. This is a fun entry for the children's contest - good luck to you!

Thanks so very much....these are fun to stitch together...the idea is to make kids fiddle with words and just "wiggle" something together...

Hahaha! This is hilarious and "Wacky Doo." As a retired early childhood teacher, I could almost hear children accusing one another of being, "Wacky Doodle." After reading the poem, I would have given children art supplies and told them to create a Wacky Doodle on paper. Great poem. Best wishes in the contest.

What fun! Reminiscent of those tongue twisters we used to stumble over as kids.... "She sells seashells at the seashore...." I'm a big kid myself and love children's poetry. I will read this to my youngest grandson...but that's just an excuse to enjoy it one more time myself!
