Caring caresses created contentment is fun to read out loud. It is alliterative to the max.
You must've had a special relationship that couldn't last since the memories haunt you in your past. This is an excellent acrostic love poem and it works well with all of the wonderful phrases you use. Sincere smiles, sexy, sardonic sorrows are alliterative too and I love alliterative phrases!
The photo as usual works well with this piece.

Thanks for your appreciative comments Jesse. This is mostly autobiographical. I stayed in love with him but he moved on to another. In the poem it could perhaps be imagined that the partner died.
