Yes, fellow Aussie, I am absolutely with you on this one. It is certainly against human nature to make radical changes to oneself. Personally I have found it gets harder as one ages, too!

Thanks, Wendy! The only resolutions I've successfully kept have been ones made at other times of the year. :)
