Ahhhh, some morning Zen! Good job of reminding us of the importance of getting alone and letting yourself just take a break and heal. The artwork was great and helped lead into your message of taking time to meditate and draw back from all the worries.

Thank you Helen. It is something we all need. I don't do any formal meditation but I have to sit outside and nature and relax and let my mind go where it will.

What a beautiful and peaceful poem for this calming Buddha in the water. I can image it was you to decompress during a quiet meditation in front a pool of water. Do you meditate? I only do Yoga. I hear that meditation is very good for you.
