I, too, hope that all the people you mentioned come through their sickness without too many complications.
I have been through some of these myself.
Our faith is in the hands of skilfully people who will do their best.

I have been doing ok, I follow my doctors instructions for my heart and just wait until other things happen. That is what happens when you are 82 years old. Other than that I am trying to persevere and remember the good days in my life. I am so glad I like to read and write. Most of all to have the opportunity to be on a website where I can interact with people.

I'm happy to hear that. I am impressed with the ladies here in their 80s and 90s even with sight and mobility problems, they are reading and writing and meeting people all around the world. That's a beautiful thing!

Yes, you're so right about that. Prayer does change us and when we pray for others, their concerns help us grow deeper in care for them as well as growing in faith that God cares and is able to heal. Thanks for the great review, Jake! Blessings!

Oh, I had chicken pox, too, and yes, that dormant virus can cause a nasty outbreak of shingles. I've had it in my 20's. So when I saw my sister-in-law suffer for months because of it, I got the vaccine! Hope you get the vaccine, too! Thanks for reviewing! Hugs!
