    sure you can! Just jot down a bunch of notes around your idea and then blend them together, carefully tossing out the ones you don't need. You can do it! Now hurry up so I can read it!! Smiles, Carol

Another fine story by Begin Again. I read in the thread that they wanted the writers to use the author's notes for the final sentence revealing the killer. I wasn't sure if you saw that or not. Anyway, I enjoyed your crime/mystery. You gave everyone a motive, which keeps us guessing. Good job and good luck in the contest. Dusty

This is well-written, as usual. I am terrible at who done it, so I wonder who was the killer. I like how you incorporated yourself into the story as a writer.

Ms. BeginAgain, I accuse you of the murder! This was cute.
the dialogue was well constructed. there was never any doubt who was speaking, or who was being spoken to. The story left the reader guessing until the very last line. Kudos for a fun read.

I like this story. Very well-written and cute. I like the film noir style of it. It reminds me of an old classic movies.

Carol, as always your story is well written and leaves a lot of imagination to the reader. I like the ending with the killer leaving with the makings of a new best seller. That is a brilliant ending. Great job on this.

How delightful. I can fully understand. The world of writing is a dog eat dog world and a girl's gotta do what a girl's gota do to get ahead start. Very well written. I enjoyed this immensely. Great entry for the contest and I sincerely wish you all the best.

This is defiantly a good story I like it. I have to say the clue are good, but I can't seem to figure out who it is. Due o the fact that I don't know many of the well known authors on this site.

Very cleverly done, and a best seller to boot.
In future I'm going to be very careful who I trust on this writer's site, and I am definitely not going to any writers' conferences.

I wouldn't have minded being at that writer's conference. Clever story that should do well in the contest. I enjoyed reading. No SPAG to be seen.
