This is creepy and you have a good ending with the creature
devouring her creator. You held my interest and I wanted to see how the story turned out. I see no need for any revisions. The photo fits the story well.

Very odd photo indeed! The creature has this sort of forlorn look about it but at the same time is so disturbing looking - I don't know whether to be grossed out or feel sorry for it!
I like the way you have built up Mrs. Oppenheimer's character to show her as a spoiled wife with her wine in hand and plush bed without actually coming right out with 'she was a spoiled lady' etc.

Ja, that is one wierd picture, but your story really fits it well. I think really done a great job creating the mad doctor's world in the few words that you have here. While at the same time titalating us with a sense of dread that coiled like a spring is waiting to strike. Again story and good luck with the contest.
