It's an odd format for prose, but there's nothing wrong with that. I like your observations.
You are reporting what you saw, but between the lines,
you add significance to the event.

I enjoyed reading your story of three swans taking off and two of them are a couple in flight. White elegance climbs is a marvelous line that is a perfect description of the scene of the swans flying. Excellent use of words and flow of verses and a story is told. I wish you well in the contest.
