= Excellent entry for the contest.
= LOL! So, one less cicada--sounds like you have one or two around your house.
= We don't have them here in my part of Arizona. But certainly heard them while growing up in Ohio.
= Good luck.

This is good. I do think you need another word besides tangled. Not sure what, but something that means the same, but is not used often. Other than that the poem is fine to me.
