This was a great continuation chapter, Sandra. I loved the way you broke up the different characters. And I do think Jeff is definitely interested in Monica, just the way Grant does Tania. This is really going great, it is easy to read and comfortable to understand. Well done. Blessings, hugs, smiles.

Great as always. Glad Monica has a body guard looking out for her as well as Tania. Seems it could be a long while before everyone is safe again. I've been off the site a while, stuff to do and I've been so tired. But didn't want to miss any chapters. Hope all is well with you.

Hi Rox, I'm sorry you're not feeling 100%, being tired can drag you down a lot. I'm so glad you didn't want to miss any chapters, that was an encouraging message! :)) All is fine here, I've had the first covid vaccine, the second one will be next month. Have you had one yet? You take care, my friend. Sending you a hug. Love Sandra xxx

Oh, I am so glad that Jeff is with Monica. He seems like he really has her best interests in mind. It sounds like she's in danger. Naturally, Tania's worried about Monica and herself. Hope they can trap Colin and his mother in their illegal actions.

Grant and Jeff will watch over the girls, which I'm sure they will take their minds off their situation. :)) Thank you so much, Helen, for this lovely review. I do appreciate it so much. Warm hugs, my friend, have a nice day. :)) Sandra xx

Oh Sandra, it has been a while since I read any of your stuff.

This offering definitely caught my attention. I have missed so many chapters but I feel like I walked in just when the plot is starting to thicken.

Great writing that really pulled me in. I shall definitely be watching for more. ð???

Best
John

I think things are beginning to lighten up here. More places are allowed to open, and by May, it should hopefully be somewhere normal again. But I think it'll be a new kind of normal. My second shot is on 22nd April, so about three weeks time. I'm sure you'll be able to come and see your family this year. It's a long time since I've had a real family get together. As you say, fingers crossed! xx

This story is building. Romance is poking its head here with Monica and we know Grant is thrilled with Tania. They just have to keep under the radar until the trial, but that's a good month off. Good writing Sandra.

People ate falling in love all over the place, Monica and Jeff, probably Grant and Tania. Jeff has found out that Colin's mother has hired a nasty who will do almost anything for money, and Now that Tania seems to be be safe on Grant's thst could still be found out too. Beautifully written Sandra, you brought back memories of tropical places we have holidayed, that we can't at the moment, well done, blessings Roy

Love is in the air!! Lol. I decided that Monica should have some romance in her life, just as Tania will be. It's just Monica got in first! Thank you so much, Roy, for this lovely review and for pointing out that missing apostrophe. All sorted! Warm hugs, my friend. :)) Sandra xxx

It sounds like the danger isn't over and Monica may be the one in danger. I'm glad Jeff is determined to stick with her. I guess Grant will be getting word of this new development soon. Jeff and Monica have a romance developing. I'm really enjoying the story.

she could see the desire and something else, affection? [Really? Would she see the desire first? He's been obviously showing her he cared by how he's taking care of her. I would think she would look in his eyes to detect desire for her. But maybe us Yanks see things backwards, LOL.]

You really lost your rag ... no, worse than that, you went ballistic! [I won't give you the American translation ...]

'The man who sent me this, who we call, Shadow, [I'd remove the comma before Shadow.]

Well... this is really starting to rev up. I like where the plot is going.

Hi Jay, thank you so much for another lovely review. I removed the comma. I've had one reviewer ask me if those expressions mean the same as some she mentioned, which they did. (I'm sure they are different to the ones you are thinking of, though!! Lol) I've taken 'affection' out, too. Reading it in your review did make me laugh.
Thank you, my friend, it's always lovely to see your name in my reviews. Warm hugs, have a nice day. Sandra xxx

What a rare treat to have a "love" scene that begins--and ends--with a romantic kiss. Mediocre writers on site--and alas, amongst the published "professional" contingent--resort to sadistic and salacious sleaze to compensate for dearth of talent. Thank you for not being among them. As always, gripping story--romance in the offing whislt danger lurks.

I think I'm old fashioned when it comes to love scenes. I keep being told that 'sex sells' but there has to be just as many people out there that it turns off. My hubby told me to write what I'm comfortable with. It's so nice to read your view on it, too. Thanks, Liz. Yes, the girls are still in danger, but well protected. Thank you so much for this really nice review, my friend. Warm hugs! :)) Sandra xxx
