Wow! A powerful writer. Between Barbara and your stories, I find myself going to the fridge to find something to eat. It looks like Scotland Yards will get their man. Good one, Sandy.

LOL, Chuck, you are funny!! I'm rapidly coming to the end now, only a few parts left. Thank you dear friend for the six stars and the lovely review, I really appreciate that. Love and hugs, my friend. :) Sandy. xxx

Delightfully anticlimactic. So glad Rapier is off to jail and that all the tumult has been resolved--now that Lorna's been vindicated, I'm looking forward to learning who the mystery betrayer turns out to be! Well done.

Your answer is coming very soon, Liz, the fun is going to start again with Colin and his mother. I had to laught at your, 'Delightfully anticlimactic' what a lovely oxymoron! I collect them, 😂 Thanks so much, Liz, I love your review. Warm hugs, my friend. :)) Sandra xx

The story is coming together nicely. I hope Rapier stays in custody. Did he get his information form the fisherman he killed rather than from Blake's secretary? That would explain how he got on the island, but how did he know Blake was on the Island? We still have Colin and his mother to tie up the loose end. I'm looking forward to more.

Thank you so much, Beth. Yes the ends are beginning to be tied, and the ending is in sight. The next parts will bring Colin and his mother back into it, and they will be such fun to write. Your questions will be answered very soon. 😊 Thanks again, my friend. :)) Sandra xxx

Finally, they're together!
This is a good chapter as it ties up several loose ends and lets the story progress from a fresh start. However, we still don't know who sent Rapier so that thread continues.
I really enjoyed this one.
Hugs,
Ryma

Comments- just some typos
- 'Tania's tummy flipped again, it took every shred of will power...' - semicolon, not comma; willpower is one word
- '...if the vet hasn't found it's owners.' - 'its' is the possessive
- '...an animal passport,' - period at end of sentence
- 'Grant looked at the dog's face, it's eyes had that pleading expression that always got to his 'sucker side' which he liked to call it, the side he always reserved for animals.' - semicolon after 'face'; possessive 'its'; 'as' sounds better than 'which'
- 'This is the bill,'he said...- missing space before 'he'
- '...the place, there had been...' - semicolon instead of comma
- '...and asked for mere information' - did you mean 'more'?
- 'The Police Commissioner was more than happy to agree to have them met him at the airport.' - did you mean 'meet'?

What can I say? I owe you big time, Ryma, thank you so much for pointing out ALL those errors! Crikey, I must have rushed through this one to have missed all those. Thank you so very much, my friend! I'm just so pleased you enjoyed reading it, even with all those errors! Thank you, you're are an angel. Warm hugs, dear friend. :)) Sandra xxx

The errors were minor; I'm loving the story.

There seems to be more to come, and I'm glad the story isn't ending yet. I'm guessing the mother and Colin will have more up their sleeve. Good thing that Rapier has been caught. I love that Grant was so sympathetic for the lost dog. Yay - more story awaits.

Yes, not many more parts, but some exciting ones featuring mum and step-brother! Are they in for a shock!! Grant is very kind to animals of all kinds, and hates to see them hurt. Now the vet will be able to do some more good. I like that!!
Thank you my dearest SATP, for another lovely review and for that golden star at the top! You always say such lovely things, thats why I love having you as my wonderful sister. Hugs and love!! :)) Sandra xxx

-An excellent chapter, Sandra,
that is starting to wrap things up.
-It is really nice to see Tania happy
and Monica happy for her.
-Grant is doing well, and his
breakfast sounded really good.
-It looks like another dog will
be added to the mix, and Rapier
will now have a lot of things
to answer for in the Bahamas
and the states, I imagine.
-I liked how you segued into
that after saying the trip was
pretty much uneventful so we
knew there was going to be more.
-Where and how is Rapier being
dealt with on the plane?
-Hopefully, we don't see any more of him,
and now there is just Colin and his mother,
a minor glitch!!
-Well done, my friend.

I have a softness for dogs, almost as much as I love cats. But cats wouldn't make good guard dogs, LOL. Thank you for all these nice things you've said about this chapter, I thought people might find it boring after last weeks arguements and passion. It's going well, though. Thank you so very much for the golden sixth star, dear friend, I really appreciated all this. Sending love and hugs across the pond! :)) Sandra xxxx

I like dogs, too, Sandra. My dad used to raise short haired pointers, and the puppies were sooooooo cute. I still like seeing puppies, even in a tv ad. I am glad the chapter is going well; you did a good job with it; there can't be excitement all the time!

"He clicked the intercom and asked for mere [more] information,"
I noticed that one typo.
You are doing a great job with this book, Sandra. Grant and Tania finally looked at each other in a different light and they gave in to the mutual attraction and feelings of love. He is actually a kind, generous person not at all what she thought of him at first and he sees her in a different light as well. No doubt his terrible mother made him distrust women. Well done. Nancy:)

Thank you! I've made the correction, I found a few more when I went to correct this one, so you've helped me out even more, 😂 Yes, they are both getting to see that first impressions aren't always to be relied on. He is a good person, and so is Tania, they really are the perfect couple, it just took them a while to realise it. Lol. Thank you dear friend. Warm hugs. Sandra xxxx

I love the story, but you know that. I am worried what's going to happen now they are back in England. I am also wondering how the incident with the Bahama's police will effect them.

Now, that, thought Tania, sounds good to me! (Thought is normally in italics.)

This chapter started off with such a bang, no pun intended. That this old man's wandering, and yes, wondering mind too, was taken back to happier times when . . . oh, well, the imagination runs wild. LOL. Thanks for sharing another outstanding chapter, as they all are. :-)

The story has gained momentum as the actions of Rapier have been thwarted and safety resumed. Tania and Grant have finally faced the fact that they are in love. There are many good results achieved in this chapter.
