This seems to be a common theme today, dreams, that is. Our minds can take us to far away places we might never know otherwise. It is the place that helps us work out our fears and feelings.

A beautiful poem that was a joy to read. It flows smoothly and has a great rhyming pattern. I especially enjoyed the lines "The secrets of the stars, we're meant to keep." and "Our minds cannot be closed when they're asleep"

I think, quite frankly, that Freud was guessing, if one looks at scripture, which is my only authority for guidance concerning what is either mystical or prophetic, I see that both Daniel or Joseph knew it was a message from the most high. Dream readers are rare, so I shelve them, although I've been able to discern my own, and occasionally others. But a great sonnet Jessica, better meter than before, blessings Roy

I liked reading your poem. My belief in some dreams has to do with unresolved issues in ones life. I thought the poem was written well. Love your picture. It is so colorful and beautiful. Nice choice in pictures for your poem. Great job.
