This is another excellent chapter. I guess I did not look at Chen's name until now. I thought he was oriental, but not with that handle. I do not see any room for improvement. Have a blessed day.

This was sobering in the fact that this stuff really goes on. It scares me when I see young girls running around alone. Usually, they are so into their own worlds that they don't pay attention. The world is a different place now, I guess. I like that Sami and Noah are finally communicating. Great chapter. Now we wait for the dance. Will it happen or be canceled? Gretchen

I know I've probably said this a dozen times since you started this story, but I just can't get over you of all people writing this story. But it's great and you're doing a wonderful job. It's like Pulitzer Prize winning writer Sam Shepard used to tell me, the different between a good writer and a great writer is you have to put yourself out there and be willing to tell the whole truth, completely, the good, the bad, and the ugly. Thanks for sharing.

Lots of developments in the story. Sami had a good idea about warning the girls about going to the teen dance. Men have been overheard talk of kidnapping some girls at the event. If her call prevents that, it'll be a good thing. She's becoming more comfortable around Noah, but it's taking time for them to trust one another. The armed convenience store robbers on the loose adds an interesting element. I hope there won't be any problem with Bob's trip to the grocery store. Great details about life in protective custody. Really holds reader's attention. judi

If her call prevents that, it'll be a good thing. She's becoming more comfortable around Noah, but it's taking time for them to trust one another. I was on a high-profile case as a jury member once. One of the thing the people did was hide drugs in the outside shingles of a convenience store. I wonder if the epidemic of convenience store robberies is an attempt to cover up such drug smuggling..

The editing looks good to me, and the chapter is filled with concerned people, helpful characters and talking. Not questioning your romance formula, but it does seem heavy on the talking and slow unconventional supporting love affair. But if your fans enjoy this form, then please continue.
