Wow! You've overachieved here! Your ABC poem is (of course) perfect...and you even used the "Q" although you could have chosen any letter for the final line. Each line is ten syllables AND YOU RHYMED IT!

Aside from all of THAT, the title is perfect, the theme is needed even more every day with all of the political upheaval spoon-fed us by every channel...and I could personally adopt this as my "Zen" mantra!
How could I give less than a six?
I can't!

Got it. My prescription is don't accept it, then medicinal service isn't necessary, though maybe meditation can be used without the chance of addiction. The missus and I visited a Hindu retreat center once. No return planned.

I've never visited a Hindu retreat center.That has to be interesting. I'd like to hear about that. I'm sure what I'm no supposed to accept. I don't meditate when I need to relax. Instead I vegetate. I works for me.

The Hindu center held a retreat for thousands the week before and we were the only couple there
Myra did the hmmm thing sittingindian style on the floor with incense and sitar music
I sat outside reading Sports Illustrated 🙄

This was extra good, since not only was it and ABC that was smooth (oftentimes, they fail to flow for me because the authors are spending so much time finding sequential letters that the meanings of their lines and the poem's basic rhythm take a back seat), you also made it RHYME really beautifully!!
I like the unusual meter a lot. My musician's ear beat it like this:
walk, walk, walk, walk, walk; run-run-run-run-run. Very different and cool.
