Wish I had a six to give but I will add all my prayers and hopes for Wayne and Rhonda to face this "struggle" and get through it with God's blessings and love. Thank you for sharing this poem, Helen. I finally have a morning to myself and am trying to catch up (haha) on all the reviews and stories. Wishing you a blessed New Year and that the year to come is filled with happiness, joy and peace

Your prayers mean so much more, Carol. This was just an echo to Debi's prayer poem. Thanks so much!
Hugs and blessings!!

It truly is as if one grief piles on to another for poor Wayne and Rhonda. And, like you, dear Helen, we hope and pray that he can resist yet another tribulation, strengthened, as I know both are, by their enduring faith. Thank you for sharing your caring and thoughtful acrostic verse. Warm wishes Debbie

Yes, you said it well. It feels like the woes are just "piling on." All we can do is pray for them. Thanks so much, Debbie! Hugs!

Very nice artwork and presentation, Helen. You wrote a very good prayer for Rhonda and Wayne.
Effective imagery and rhyme. Very good opening lines, and I agree that we can't know "His infinite ways." Very good closing lines about asking Him to "melt this tumor away." I know your prayer will be meaningful to Rhonda and her family. Thoughts and prayers are with them. Thanks for sharing this and your good words.

Thank you so much, Pam!
I asked my granddaughter to give me feedback on your book. Hopefully, she will remember. She's reading thick books like Harry Potter so she was a little disappointed that your book seemed for younger readers. But I think it is full of wonder which we want to encourage in kids these days. My other grandkids are more into computers and not into books so I'm glad one is reading! Hugs!

Thanks for sharing,Helen. I can understand if she is reading books like Harry Potter. I appreciate you encouraging her about a sense of wonder. Thank you for the New Year greeting. Hope 2025 is a good year for you, too.

"Infinite Your ways we cannot know ... "
I was just discussing this with my husband last night; WHY do bad things happen ... for what possible reason? I believe the "lesson" is not necessarily for the affected one, but, perhaps, for those around them. It is not for us to question, although we often do (I certainly do).
I appreciate Debi's post informing us, and the time you took to comment in a beautifully crafted Acrostic.
Thanks for sharing in the Prayers for Wayne book.

Thank you so much, Pam! And yes, I question, too. It's not possible to avoid questioning. We see it in the psalmists who wrote their questions and fears and complaints. It's just so hard when someone repeatedly faces one trial after another. Thanks for caring, Pam! Hugs!
