I'm glad there was a happy ending to all of this. I definitely went through the emotions of, oh here we go... and are you kidding me! You could sue! (Wait no... we are dignified ladies... must not rush to such a brash reaction) and on and on.
The picture of bobbling bags and maneuvering through tight aisles was all the reminder I needed for why I avoid shopping around the holidays anymore. Thank you Amazon.
Of course I too like to go in person when I've built a relationship with people in a store. It really makes a huge difference!
Well, they certainly won't be forgetting you any time soon.
