Excellent presentation
A wonderfully rich poem with the sort of recommendation that could change a person's life around
We all know that we become what we think, good or bad, and if we fill our head with what is good, change will be positive
This idea of self talk until the change is achieved is just what athletes practise when they can't believe in their skills during difficult contests
I love the way you've told this in he staggered lines and in free verse form. It really makes the message authentic

Excellent presentation

It' s very hard to love yourself all the time. But if you are trying your best to be kind and leave a soft imprint on your world, it becomes easier. So glad the exercise worked for you.

Thanks for the review. I try to do my best. The self talk the counselor suggested was a very good thing for me.

What a wise counselor. This sounds similar to what I had to do. I had to repeat the verses from Who I Am In Christ, until I believed them. Eventually, I did believe them.

Thanks Melissa for the nice review. When we are in Christ our self esteem should be good, but many time our life experiences keep troubling us. Satan is a master at tell us we are not even a child of Christ.
