Finally, they come together under strange circumstances, however. Well, we shall see what the outcome will eventually be. But, we knew this was in the offing and has come sooner rather than later. LOL

Yes, at last! It's surprising what an argument can end up like, lol. Not many parts to go now so you won't have to wait too long, Ralf. Thank you so much for this lovely review and the golden sixth star! Sending you a hug, dear friend. :)) Sandra xxx

Burning down the FanStory house with this one! Wow. I thought this was going to end with a one-way plane trip back to England. This took a giant U-turn. Exceptional writing, dear Sandra. I look forward to the next.
Sending you my best today as always and six stars to bless,
Sal XOs...

I know, I was a tad worried about it, but it seems that people are liking it. I've never written a scene like this before! Lol. Thank you so very much for this lovely review, my friend, and that glorious sixth star! Sending you a humongous hug back! :)) Sandra xxx

Wow! What a sensual outburst this turned out to be. Apparently the furious angry in both of the turned to passion. I think Grant still has some serious explainations as to why he believed Rapier so quickly. If what he was told was a lie, then we still don't know how he know where they were. The was an excellent chapter and I looking forward to some further answers. If Tanya hadn't been so passionate herself, Grant was so much stronger than her, this would have almost seemed like a rape. I have to believe if she hadn't responded like she did, he would have stopped.

Oh, he would have done, Beth, he's not that type, she did let him know she felt the same. You'll soon find out who the traitor is, and why in fact Rapier said it was Lorna. I'm so very pleased you liked this part, Beth, it was a hard one to write and a bit nerve wracking to put on here. Thank you so much, my friend, for this wonderful review and for that sixth golden star. Warm hugs :) Sandra xxxx

-You pack a punch in more ways
than one with this chapter, Sandra.
-I was on the edge of my seat,
figuratively speaking.
-You really got to bare emotions
from the anger to the passion.
-I thought it was odd that Tania
was angry at Grant, but his outburst
and his pent up anger were speaking for him.
-I can't blame Tania for the way she felt,
but Rapier sure knew what he was
doing, and with Colin and the mother,
it's no wonder Grant was furious.
-But Tania gave it right back, and
it was probably what he needed-
a reality check of what is important here.
-I love her defense of Lorna, and how
she showed Grant the true nature of
the people he should trust.
-The ending is perfect, and I
wouldn't change a thing!!
-This is really, really good, my friend.

I've been holding my breath since I posted, (well almost) waiting to read the response from everyone. So far it's been excellent! Then your review came up and finally I can breathe again with a smile! Thank you so very much, my dear friend, your review has made my day! The sixth star is always lovely to see, but these words of yours have really made me happy. Warm hugs, my friend. :)) Sandra xxx

Aw, thank you so much, Chris, for this lovely review and for the sixth gold star! I couldn't write the detail in, that's just not how I write, but I do think that the readers imagination can do a much better job than I can, anyway!! LOL. Thank you, my friend, I really have appreciated your lovely review. Warm hugs, Sandra xx

Well, what can I say? Things have certainly come to a head in the relationship, in fact anger seems to move hand in glove with lust, so reason should really remain the dominant thought, but passion is tripped by desire, but they aren't ultimately those created characters. But well done. I think you've written this boldly, but honest work. Good onya Girl, blessings Roy

You have no idea how I value this review, Roy! It had to happen, but I didn't want to go down the road of it being detailed. I'm not into that sort of writing, but it would have been false had I not written something a bit more powerful. Thank you so very much, my friend. Warm hugs, Sandra xx

Oh, Sandra, that was a very passionate chapter. You showed the most delicious and passionate anger, only to end with real passion. I loved it. That Tania has a wonderful temper when ignited. Great writing. But the danger is obviously far from over. A big hug. Ulla xxx

Aw, thank you so much, dear Ulla, I'm so very pleased you enjoyed this part. I was a bit worried I'd gone a bit OTT at the end, but it happens, doesn't it? Thank you for that sixth star, that meant a lot to me. Sending you a humongous hug! :)) Sandra xxx

I am tempted to say I will never understand women as long as I live! Somewhere, there has been a grave misunderstanding and it has all gone haywire. No doubt it will sort itself out next time, meanwhile you have masterfully created a scene of chaos and mayhem. Lord knows what will actually happen next.

I hate to say it, Jim, that men can't understand women, is our strongest weapon! Lol. Thank you so much for this fabulous review, and the golden sixth star. I'm delighted you enjoyed this part. Thank you, my friend. :)) Sandra xx

Good morning, Sandra...

I can think of no better way to start my Sunday morning (5 AM) than with reading your new chapter of Betrayal. I absolutely loved the emotions flipping through Tania and Grant.... from the furious to the heated ones (which I think is a very fine line). It's written so tastefully, yet the reader's mind can quickly and happily fill in all the empty blanks. It flows so smoothly, and the reader just sails along, not wanting it to end. Very well done! But then, I never expect anything less from you. Loved it!

Smiles and hugs, my friend. I hope all is well in the UK. Is everything going as expected (or hopefully better) with the publishing? Sending all my best wishes and love your way! Always, Carol

Good morning to you, dear friend.

5 AM!! I'm not going to ask you why because I've a good idea. I'm just glad you enjoyed reading this part. I hummed and harred about the ending, so I'm over the moon with what you said about it. Thank you so much for the six stars, Carol, and this amazing review that has started my day off with the biggest smile. :))

We are so happy here, it's like a dream we never thought would happen. I'm getting fit walking the nature reserve and around the lakes that are a only a short walk away. It's so lovely here, and I just love my new home. My 'Scout and Her Magical Unicorn' is selling well, and I'm nearing the end of this book. All is well, my friend. And I'm waiting for you to start on getting your book published. I'm here when you need me.

Love and hugs coming across the pond to you, too, dear friend. :)) Sandra xxx

Hurrah! The new home sounds beyond wonderful... Enjoy it as much as you can!

Also, be proud of me please.... I wrote an outline for a new story and the first chapter... I am not dedicated to it like I was On the Edge, but maybe that's just because of where I am at at the moment.

I also started rewriting and revising the first few chapter of On the Edge... I need to imagine my honey kicking my butt and get going again instead of dwelling on things I can't change.

Sending all my love and hugs (working on the smiles but when I get one I'll send it your way for sure). Always your friend, Carol

I'm so glad you're writing again, Carol, it's the best thing for you. And that's great that you're editing 'On the Edge' that's also excellent therapy for sadness. Love you, girl, I can't wait to read your first chapter of your new book! xxxxx

Engaging characters. I've not read any chapters prior to this one, but I was able to glean the backstory from what is written in this one. I got a good sense of character relationships from the dialogue, confirmed when I read the end-part where you listed the characters.

I saw two possible typos:
1. "he saw the harsh determination stamp it's ownership in her eyes"
I think you meant "its" instead of "it's."

2. " the bedroom door flew open and Grant came storming it."
Maybe you meant "storming in"?

Hi, Aiona, (lovely name) Thank you so much for picking up on those two errors, I've corrected them now, I'm glad you were my first review!! Lol. I'm always happy when a reader tells me of my typos. Coming in at this point is hard, but I'm delighted you managed to get the gist of it. Thank you for the lovely review. Warm hugs, Sandra xx
