A fantastic continuation chapter, Sandra. This was great because as Margot/ Meg and Bessie rehashed all the things they knew, Miles returned with a gloomy face. He knew from his father and mother's that things were not well. Time will tell for sure what his parents had done with the estate and now Margot and Bessie had to solve who the murderer might be. I enjoyed the part about Meg's memory. Very well done, greatly enjoyed. Hugs!

Thank you so much, Alie, I'm so pleased you enjoyed this part. I was a bit behind and didn't have it ready in time to post yesterday. Talk about panic stations! Thanks, dear friend. Love and hugs, Sandra xxx

-An excellent chapter, Sandra, you did a really good job.
-The first part was so interesting I didn't want it to end!
-Miles finally got the truth, and it seems jealousy was the issue as far as his mother was concerned.
-It is also interesting that in stories, and maybe life, too, that these unforeseen events take place, like his mother overhearing about Emma.
-That one thing must have eaten at her and caused both of them misery in their relationship, but they did have Miles, and unfortunately, their bitterness has impacted his life.
-There is also a dilemma for Margot and Bessie. Up to now Bessie has been spot on with her plans and guiding Margot with what to say and how to act, but now she is stumped.
-From this chapter, it looks like Lady Brandon could be the culprit, but all of these characters have gone through a lot, whether it has been good or bad.
-I don't envy Margot having to act as if nothing has happened when she knows so much and can't reveal it to Miles, and also knows her time in this situation is slowly drawing to a close.
-The mystery is building, and there isn't much time, but I know that "This Time It's Personal!"
-I am looking forward to seeing what you do, my friend. I enjoyed reviewing this one, and having so many things to think about!!!!

You always know the perfect spot to stop you chapter so we will keep wanting more. Margot and Bessie are working on a time schedule now. You cleared up something by saying when the murder change is gone, Margot will no longer be in Megs body. I look forward to more.

Lol, I think I get it from my childhood, when Mum would give us three-pence to go to Saturday morning pictures. Every week it would end on a cliff hanger, and we would all be back to find out what happened. Lol.
I'm really glad you are enjoying how this is going. I'm almost at the end. It will be quite dramatic, and I'm looking forward to seeing the reaction I get. Did I tell you, I'm going to write a series of Bessie as a time-travelling detective. I haven't decided what to call her, as she's not really a detective. I'll have to think about that. Thank you so much, Beth, for another lovely review and wonderful support. Love and hugs, Sandra xxx

You mentioned you were thinking about writing about Bessie. I think that will be a very clever thing to do. I look forward to reading that story. She is winning character.

Thank you for sharing this addition to your wonderful novel with us. I really enjoyed reading. I'm curious though, I am wondering if Meg isn't Lord Brandon's daughter or at least his wife thinks so. Hmmmm

Someone else thought that a while ago. No, Emma only loved Henry. She was never Lord Brandon's girlfriend. That really would have upset the apple cart!! Lol. Thank you so much, Barbara, for this lovely review and the golden star, I really appreciate them both. Warm hugs, my friend. :)) Sandra xx
