Oh, they just don't write songs like they once did... *sigh* I am going to keep my review short of your beautifully romantic poem because i want to go and enjoy this video! (I loved the song.)

Well, I, for one, hope this love re-appears. I found mine, married her, and divorced her thirteen months later. That was in the early ninety's. I never dated again.
God bless,
Steve

This is a truly beautiful poem about loss love and regret. Sometimes people experience such h deep emotions, it's hard to let go. Your poem will resonate with a lot of people. Thanks for sharing.

Oh Jim, what a bittersweet poem. This is so beautifully written and accompanied with one of my favourite songs. She was there and then she was gone. How sad. Now all he has are memories. Ulla:)))

Lovely love poem, maybe that, in this described situation, it wasn't meant to be, and that destiny had wanted things to be otherwise, then after the storm, there's always a rainbow, she'll be back ? or someone more loving will replace her ? .... excellent poetry, very romantic and inspiring,
Best wishes,
Sarah

A bittersweet poem of love shared for a season, then lost. Hoping for another season, your heart dreams on. One always has to dream. She may have gotten with another, but, perhaps, the memory of you will haunt her as well.

Big hugs,
Rhonda

Thank you for sharing this beautifully written poem of a lost love. I could feel the emotion. That's a good thing. I also want to thank you for sharing the song, 'Sealed with a Kiss'. I'd forgotten about this song, but as soon a as I saw the title, the words came to me. I sang along with the song. Thank you for taking me back to my teenage years.

"Will I know love again?" Depends on how it looks next time you see it.
" spring, the autumn of my life" Good use of oxymoron.
"till the spring flowers crumbled" Oh, such sad imagery.
"and the lips I long to taste
now belong to another" Facial lip transplant?
"I'm a fool to think she'll remember" Well, no one knows you better.
If not 'her' I hope the speaker finds love again.
