I know a few people that have/had the condition, but seem to handle, I write a lot, but I wouldn't say I have OCD I can. writing is incredibly therapeutic, my wife has agoraphobia, but her strength of mind helps her overcome it, beautifully written, thanks for sharing Pam, blessings Roy

Hi, Roy. I overcome it every day. But some people have it worse than I do. A lot of people think it?s a mental disease. It?s just inside your head, but that?s not true.
It is a physical disease that is caused by chemical imbalances in the brain

I am sorry to hear that you suffer with depression occasional Pam and it is hard to help someone with this as only the sufferer can drag themselves out of this situation. I enjoyed your well rhymed and metered post and many will identify with your words, love Dolly x
