It really breaks my heart to consider that when Adam and Eve were first created, they were super beings, Invincible, incapable of being harmed by anyone or any thing. Their fall from grace cursed all of their descendants with all sorts of physical challenges, The origins of all diseases can be tied right back to their sin. I pray that God who still does love us will soon restore mankind back to the powerful position where nothing and no one will ever threaten our safety and health again. Isaiah 33:24 states "No resident will say: 'I am sick.' The people that are dwelling in the land will be those pardoned for their error."

Being aware of the exalted state that man once held makes the legend of superman not seem so far fetched anymore. Of course we could not fly, but we were not meek and helpless either.
