Thank you for sharing. Your faith in Jesus shines through. Praise of the Most High God is wonderful to read showing his power, his might, his strength, his beauty, his dedication, his trust. The omnipotent power of God is a truly spectacular sight to see when you see the amazing world and nature that he created. Blessings to you

Glorious and faith-filled, luminous and inspirational.
You ahvea strong poetic voice and a powerful spirit of love.
I love y he honesty revealed in this holistic relationship to God.
I love how you repeat the line 'I am no stranger to God"...
It binds the poem into a pearl of realizations through tests, trials and GRACE.
The reverential tone give s full-flavored taste of devotion and perserverance i the path of prayer. Amen.
I love how you share your story without imposing it on others, there is no preachy tone to this...no telling the reader that they shoudl accept God without hesitation or stop being a stranger to Him.
Lovely imagery too. enjoyed your comments.
Your life and your attitude is your message
Inspiring.
Warm regards,

This is just beautiful! I loved the word painting and felt I was walking the trail with you.
Particularly on this Easter morning, I was hoping you would mention Jesus, the focus of this glorious day.
The spiritual elements are so realistic for most of us because our reactions to Him can be so mixed. Admitting anger and rage at God is part of growing closer to Him.

wow, what a 'happy ending' story! That too, is part of your expressiveness when in your poem said "when I least expect it, He makes His presence known"What an experience to go back and see those dogwoods in bloom!
I love your wording in this poem..it's breathtaking...ex."surrounded BY A CATHEDRAL of glorious white flowering dogwood.Beautiful! Another example of this..Reverently they lift their billowing cloud like branches and PAY HOMAGE TO THEIR CREATOR.
In regard to " IVE EXPERIENCED HIS HEALING POWERS...I likewise have very much,I should have been a complete cripple as of the 5 years before Dec/03 and was healed instantly then from rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, lupus and skin ulcers. All these instantly left when prayed for that night.Thank again! Hello Friend! Thank you so much for your wonderfully kind review. This is one of my favorite poems, also. I wrote it in the backseat of my husband SUV on the way back from North Carolina on Easter weekend this past year. We drove through an unbelievably horrible ice storm on our way home to Michigan - after seeing just clouds of dogwood and rhododenron abloom in NC...Be well, and do stop by again! diane

I found this poem to be very inspirational and thought provoking. I love God and
believe whole hardely in his son Jesus Christ. This poem made me think of
times when I didn't understand what was going on in my life, or why love ones
and friends left. Although I might have felt alone, I knew God was there.
He accepts us with all our faults and doubts. He stand waiting for us to come
to him and accept him as our savior.
Very Good Mrs. KT, keep writing!!

Your poem is absolutely beautiful! I enjoyed it ever so much. And can especially enjoy it due to the fact that I am from those mountains in N.C. Those dogwoods are awesome at Easter time. I can also appreciate it because I to am a Christian with strong beliefs in our God. Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful piece of work!

Great poem. This poem is reminiscent of the psalms, which i think you are trying to emulate. The poem has great images, and a beautiful music that flows out of the language naturally. The repetition of phrases adds to the music. Peaceful, contemplative poetry that is reassuring in its relation of experiences. I look forward to more by you.

The theme of this poem gives the feeling that you could have continued for an eternity. God is such an excellent being that we cannot praise and worship and honor Him enough.
