A funny poem on a family of all sort of creatures living in a flat in the moon. Here the poet tells us about them having their breakfast gleefully, then lining up to go to the bathroom, then they were paired up in threes and they danced till twilight.
With your vivid desriptions you have made this poem hilarious. The rhyming is good and the title is apt.The picture is very sweet.Surely recommended

I'm enchanted by your opening line and the character names :-)
solid use of rhyming couplets
great cadence and flow of your lines when read aloud
nice touches of alliteration throughout
great story line
I just love your nonsense poems, and this is no exception - sorry, I have no six available :-) Brooke

this was both funny and nonsense. I liked the delivery and the eclectic array of characters. You gave just enough detail on each to let my imagination take them to where I thought they'd be. The rhyming was good and the story was funny.

You definitely have succeeded in writing a funny nonsense poem.
Nicely written and rhymed with an unspecified syllable count.
What a strange hotchpotch of mismatched oddities all having some fun.

This is excellent and was a delightful read. Not a dull moment in it, no wasted words, and would make a great children's book. Thanks and well done.

Well, if I'm any judge of lunarcy, I recognize this
this lunatic poet. Frankly, I think it is about time
a Wow-Wow was finally immortalized in verse. Long overdue,
I say!
Terrifically imaginative, with wonderful language.
A runcible spoon?

Marvelous!

Peace, Lee

    Thanks for the sixer!

Wow-Wow is the noise on of our cats makes when she is hungry, which is often.

    And the runcible spoon....
'Dear pig, are you willing to sell for one shilling
Your ring?' Said the Piggy, 'I will.'
So they took it away, and were married next day
By the Turkey who lives on the hill.
They dined on mince, and slices of quince,
    Which they ate with a runcible spoon;
And hand in hand, on the edge of the sand,
They danced by the light of the moon,
    The moon,
    The moon,
They danced by the light of the moon.

Yes, this is called a 'funny nonsense poem' but it is very thrilling and scintillatingly done. Good sense of humor and adequate use of good imagery. Well thought-out and achieved the intended aim.

A funny nonsense poem yet the author managed to include attractive rhyming words. This is time-consuming with boring length, LOL. Good luck in the contest though *grinning*

Cleverly written. Great character names and their special parts in your poem. Great story telling. A very fast read and easy even though there is a mouthful here and there it still flowed evenly through to the great rhymes 3 couplet rhymes to a verse. Well done.

I love it I love it - should be more of it. With your weird words you concocted a fabulous rhyme which would amuse anybody. The great flawless metre made reading it a pleasure. Well done.
