Congratulations, this was, in deed, a wonderful and magical Christmas story. So original and very well written. It should work really well with all the other Christmas stories we read each year.

That was such a lovely story, so fitting for this Christmas season with its heart-warming message. Well narrated with great characters and good nostalgic feeling about times gone by. Most enjoyable read and congrats on your win. Faye

So glad you found a way to bring back the magic. What a delightful story. I do think personally that homemade gifts are the only real true gifts. Great story.

The story lines has many features on fantasy. Magic is a tricky thing. Magicians studied their manners on how to use brain and eyes. The audience is manage through the focus of their eyes.Use of hands is another thing. In this story, mentioning about Santa, the elves, magical senses are developed. This is a good combination. Thanks for the nice entertainment on magic.

Your story is well written. I love the way you brought in the leprechaun and the rainbow as well as the fairy, imp, sprite, pixie, and gremlin.
Technology has become a necessity in our modern world, but it has also indeed "killed the magic" of wonder and the simplicity of life.

Seems as if Santa's in quite a quandary, and rightly so I should think. Given the state of many economies worldwide, the absence of joy and peace in the world, he's probably had to "lay-off" the majority of his staff.

Well, in your well written story, at least, and with the help of Gremlins, Leprechauns, pixies, imps and faeries, Santa was able to restore some of that old magic that seemed so lost.

Well done, a great entry for this particular contest. I wish you the very best of luck. ~Dean

Well, this is obviously like making the occult and magic acceptable , just like making something sinister and dark common and ordinary and that there is nothing to hide. This is like mind control, slowly implanting the teachings of witchcraft in subtle ways, using a seemingly harmless Santa and an innocent fantasy fiction as an instrument to twist truth. This is my own personal interpretation and I don't impose my truth on the author. May Jesus bless you.

This was a delightful to use the sentence starter of believing in magic and using it in a magical holiday story. Christmas is rooted in magic. It was wonderful to see how all of the new characters you brought into the story to help Santa find a way out of his blue funk with their magical plan. This story was cute and maybe even a new holiday story to tell along with all of the old favorite Christmas stories... I too like the idea of abolishing 'black Friday and Cyber Monday.' I loved the ending. Wonderful... This was definitely a different take on MAGIC. Good luck in the contest.

I loved your magic story. Yes, the magic of Christmas has gone, what with all the commercialism these days. Very witty conversations and your description of the elves and imps etc were great. Interesting twist with the sabotage of website shops. Brought it into the 21st century. Hope Santa feels better now
good luck in the contest...

Annette
