I completely agree about the therapeutic value of art--whatever form we chose to use. It has brought me much happiness and satisfaction. I have been through some terribly depressed times as you have. I consider my garden art as well, using nature. Well said, my friend. I like your haiku too~Debbie

I liked the old profile picture, but the new one is good too. Like the poem. like the music. Music is a part of the post that not many take advantage of. I thought poets were supposed to be creative.
