Moonlight on snow is truly stunning and your poem gives it such a dramatic description with "captures night's snowfall." It does sparkle like diamonds. Best wishes in the contest!

When I read your poem I can see in my minds eye the snow outside my window reflecting the light of the moon. It has yet to be trampled or plowed. It is, as you say, pristine.
Best of luck.

Thus prompt issues a tough challenge for us--to write a meaningful
poem in nine syllables! In my opinion, you have succeeded in painting
lovely image in nature.

There's nothing like the moon on snow or on the surrounding clouds, a great entry in this 2/5/2 poetry contest, they so short form is very challenging to generate a good Poe, but you've done well, good luck, blessing Roy
