It is amazing how much we rely on electricity. Here on this island in the Canaries there was an explosion at the power station and we lost our electricity for eight hours! In a hot climate, that means that the food in the freezer needs to be thrown away, no internet, no communication with anyone, can't make a cup of tea, life certainly seems like it is over! So I understood your words here. Your post would benefit from some paragraph structure, this would make it easier to read, love Dolly x

A very scary thought, that everything goes down, but I do believe it could happen. . Interesting story, kept my attention and I wanted more. It could use maybe some paragraphs and separate speech sentences, to make it a bit easier to read, but over all well done. Rox
