What a beautiful well-written poem for children. The rhyming is very good and it is pleasant to read. Teaches the children about a lot of different things in nature, and especially how butterflies develop. Very well done

Loved this one. I really enjoyed how you incorporated pictures to match each little animal the caterpillar encountered on his quest to find his mum.
I thought the use of the line "Sorry! She hasn't been past me!"
Then at the end you ended it with all the creatures saying "Yes, she's been past me!". If I'm not mistaken, the caterpillar didn't see his mum because mum had also become a butterfly. When the caterpillar changed, that's when he noticed his mum. Is that correct?
Anyway, great job on this one.

Yes, that's right. I'm not sure if that is quite right, but the idea was to introduce children to the changes in caterpillars in a fun way. I'm really pleaed you enjoyed it. Thank you. :)

This is beautifully written with children in India. They will sit and listen or read the story if the are older and can read. Well done my friend,

What a charming poem! So cleverly written, with the musical sing-song so prevalent in children's picture books. Going through several creatures, and repeating the refrain was cleverly done, and wrapped the story up nicely. Well done!

This is such a wonderful poem while it is so informative about the various creatures he asks about his mummy. The cacoon and the metamorphosis into a butterfly was the icing on the cake. Great rendering.

The pictures are nice and add value to the poem. Children will love to see all those creatures.

The poem tells a good story. The title is good: "Have you seen my Mommy?" the caterpillar has asked for help from a ladybird, a frog, a bee, a snail and a spider looking for her mother. Children will love this story.

This is very beautifully written children's poem. Great flow and rhyme. I love how Casper was asking has anyone seen his mummy who was now a butterfly. It's so interesting how the caterpillar transforms into a butterfly. Well done good luck in the contest.

Dear Author, It seems to me that the rhymes in this poem would appeal to any child from 2 to 92. your insertion of the tiny illustrations of Each critter that Casper encountered, made reading this post is sheer delight.
