That was about as innocent as it gets. Enjoyed this little endeavor. May want to proofread one more time.
"What do think?" and this one stumped me:
a red stain crept across her face.
Other than those two minor things, a great story, Buck

Thanks for catching the error. I discovered that the story was to be over 500 not under so I made a few adjustments. Glad you enjoyed it. Carol
