When I saw that sweet little mouse that illustrated your poem, I had a suspicion she was the inspiration for this cute little poem... and Grandma's kiss was the perfect ending. This is something Kinley will treasure when she gets old enough to read it and understand. Great job!

This is a nice cute poem about the author's granddaughter dressed up as a mouse. Written in the quatrain style with good rhythm and rhyming throughout the poem.

What a lovely photo and an equally lovely poem inspired by it. You depict that insecurity of a small child in an unfamiliar situation who just needs a hug of reassurance and unconditional love! (and that's what grandmothers are best at!)
