Hi B Hogg,

Hahahaha! This is priceless! I too, feed the birds and watch as the games begin ... the feeder ballet between the squirrel and birds. I finally gave up and hung little caged squares of suet in the lower branches for the birds and the squirrels try for those too sometimes!

They are enterprising little beggars! Lol.

I love you squirrel tale, I feed the squirrels in our backyard along with the birds. Your story shows how intelligent squirrels are and we cannot underestimate them. Congrats for winning the contest.

That is one very smart squirrel to figure out how to get to the feeder. Maybe just hang another feeder for the squirrel and maybe at least one can be saved for the birds.
