I'm puzzled with this line: "Serpent inflames our carnal desires."
Did you mean to say, "Serpent inflames their carnal desires"?
If so, then how are carnal desires attached to the eating of the fruit?
If not, how does the Serpent inflame our canal desires?
Please help me to understand.
In lust we grew? How so? Who is the "we" here? I'm confused.

Read Genesis. Eating of of the fruit led to Adam and Eve knowing that they were naked thus they hid from God and were ashamed. This led to ejection from the garden and childbirth for women. The ?we?s? are mankind which you and I ?us? are part of.
