I'm sure this echos the sentiments of many, especially in regards to all that goes into the preparation and all of that. The actual day is fun for most, I'm sure, but what leads up to it can be stressful with so much to do. A well written piece with a touch of humor.

I've been on this rant for years. Whenever someone at work says Christmas is a purely Christian holiday... down the tyrade we go of what aspect anymore represents what Christmas is? Now I don't mind participating in it as a fun holiday, but how I celebrate Christs birth in regards to Christmas is very different from the secular activities around it.

Excellent ... this was penned as a dedication to one of our local supermarket workers walking around the store wearing a secret Santa jumper stating exactly that lol !
