These tiny poems are really hard to critique

It looks like a great entry for the contest good luck with that

I know the photo portrays two nine year olds. I just think a poem should be the crux of the matter. What if you made the first line TURNING TEN. Exactly ten words

I really want to vote for this but I was stopped entirely because of my belief that the teenage years start at 13. They always did when I was that age if it has changed it is nonsense. Sorry.

Thanks, Mark. Yeah, you?re right. But that was the core of the disagreement between the twins and their mom. They wanted to believe ten was the start of teenage (as did many of my schoolmates at that age) but Mom knew better and put them right. Cheers.
