Claire, this poem is beautiful!!! What manner of man, indeed? You touched upon so many of God's principals in sending His precious son!! What manner of man is a great refrain (or whatever poets call the repeated phrases). It was a moving retelling of the sacrifice of our Lord, but also of the other things He did to prove He was here for us.

This poem beautifully shares the sacrifice by Christ. The line "He did it not for pride, but love for you and me" really touched me. It shows the selflessness of His mission.
