Thank you sis, for a lovely review and comments. Also for the generous six stars. You are so sweet and if you would have heard my conversation with the voice to text deal you would have been rolling on the floor. It was just being a jerk when I was trying to not have to type so much, but it wouldn't listen. I would even spell out the word and it would still put the wrong word. So I said FU and it said it back to me. I mean i said just the letters F and U. And it spelled out the whole word at me. Ooh, this thing makes me mad.

A great friend of mine said "Old is 15 years older than I am". Some days I wake up feeling ancient. Others it just doesn't matter. My hubby is 10 years younger. With his curly hair and blue eyes, dimples and cleft in his chin he appears a LOT younger. Thankfully he turned gray. You look much younger than 70 in your picture.

Hi Esther, my profile picture was taken on my 65th birthday. I don't look a lot different now so thank you so much. Except that I did gain a little weight since then. So thank you for asking me to join your last contest. It was a lot of fun someplace going back some place I haven't been for a long time at five years old.LOL...

My lovely sister, I have been so busy and intoxicated by overindulgence of love and caring people both here and at home that I am overwhelmed and hungover. LOL.
So, I have not reviewed or answered any reviews yet. I am giddy, dumbfounded and tears are coming again, just by me telling you about it. So I am writing to you only at this point to tell you that if it is this good getting older, maybe it isn't such a bad thing after all. haha. Not like we have anything to say about it.
So you are the only one so far, except for answering many PMs. After all, nothing like a big sis to come home from a good time and have someone to tell about it.
I haven't read all the comments from all 12 posts but I have read a few and I saw your lovely ones and I thank you with all my heart.

Yup, age is just a number. But - we do feel anxious each time that date rolls around! On the other hand, each new year brings more opportunities to make new friends, keep in touch with old ones, and to write about your blessings. Keep smiling and embrace each minute.

She was right. But gee it took me a long time to learn.
I volunteer in a train museum. Someone came in today and told me a joke. Why do they have mail trains? I foolishly asked. Femail trains don't work.
Apologies, but the medication is working.

Thanks for the poem Debi. Excellent as usual. We pretty well all become a bit obsessed with age. Especially as we get older. But you are right not to think about age at all. In fact, I often feel released because of my age.
