It does sound a bit as if Oliver threw her to the wolves and led the police to become suspicious of her. I hope whatever Callum says doesn't make everything worse.

I like the way, Danielle is being reminded again of her experience as a child with the police and I could imagine this in a flashback in a film. She's in a tricky position answering questions and fearing she's being overheard and I think this dialogue is particularly well done. Thanks for sharing, Jacob. Take care Debbie

I do hope the police things something is going on. I would be nice if they took Danielle down to the station to talk with her, so she'd have more freedom to talk. I love the story.

So Danielle believes this was a murder. It would seem someone committing suicide wouldn't scream. But I am wondering who would be there to kill him. I wouldn't think the ladies would be strong enough to hurl him through a window. Anxious for more.

You're welcome. I am very stingy with my six star reviews. I give them only for the best. You my friend deserved them.

She's afraid, but I thought for sure she would tell about Noah since she'd been so worried before his death, and now she makes it appear as an accident. I'd hate to live with that one, Danielle! Oh there, I go crawling into your character's mind... I'll back out and let you get on with the story. LOL
Smiles, Carol
