Another fine poem. Your love for God shines through this poem. It pulls the reader in and lets us experience that love.
The only way to salvation is God. He gave his only begotten son to take away sins. That seems harsh, but God knew what he was doing when he did that. That's why we have everlasting life if we follow God's way.

Some very wise thoughts, Rick. You reflect a lot on God and family, all very admirable. I agree on sacrifice for your family. It's hard to do, sometimes. You get caught up in your own life and goals, forgetting the commitment needed for the people you love.

We are to give attention to those in our world. Understand their wants and needs as you need the same from them. Be devoted to them and most important be devoted to yourself.
