We all love to be frightened in the pretend kind of way that only Halloween allows. Haunted houses, forests, and other conjured-up creepiness come out this time of year and we pay for the fun of the adrenaline rushes it causes. Fun verse for the season.

Monsters dancing to a beat. (This line made me laugh. I never thought of monsters dancing, but hey why not. I would love to see this. Then I asked exactly what dance would a monster do? I doubt they waltz.)

I do love all of the seasons but it's the rich warm colors and the flickering candle light of fall that thrills me. I remember in grade school drawing up great plans of costumes only to be a Gypsy every year. Lol. Loved coloring pictures of haunted houses. That's what makes me think of fall and Halloween. It's the season to slow down after summers excitement. Thank you for this. Gretchen
